Director of Operations
Anjie is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of driving large-scale business transformations within the telecommunications, network engineering, premiere programming, and consulting sectors. She is a high-energy leader who is passionate about building, motivating and leading high-performing teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive efficiency, increase productivity, and reduces costs. With extensive experience in operations, she's known as an expert in process engineering, project management, and change management. Anjie uses data to drive business decisions and takes pride in building strong relationships at all levels of the organization. The operations team under Anjie's leadership is responsible for the overall lane tolling system, Fleet management, TMC, Roadside assistance, Facilities, Safety, disaster recovery, back-office processing, billing and image processing, and customer contact center operations. Anjie is a lifelong student and currently working on her Doctorate in Organizational leadership. She holds an MBA in project management and a BS in business administration along with several professional certificates from Cornell University, Stanford University, and Villanova University. She believes it’s the columniation of both her real-world experience and formal education that makes her an effective people leader. In her spare time, she teaches Technology leadership courses at Denver University, spends time with her husband and four children, and loves anything outdoors. On the weekends you can find her cooking and entertaining her close friends. She also enjoys working in her garden and listening to music.
