Anjie Vescera is the Chief Deputy Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at E 470, where she leads Operations, Technology, and Customer Experience with full P and L responsibility. Over the past three years, she has unified the Authority’s Operations, Technology and Customer Experience teams into a single, integrated execution arm, driving clarity, accountability, and measurable results across the enterprise.

With more than 20 years of experience across telecommunications, media, consulting, and infrastructure, Anjie is a high energy, people centered leader known for building high performing teams in complex, high change environments. She brings deep expertise in operations, process engineering, project management, and change management, consistently using data and metrics to turn strategy into action, solve root causes, and scale systems and teams that deliver results.

Anjie holds an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, along with professional certificates from Cornell University, Stanford University, and Villanova University. Guided by a simple philosophy that clarity matters, accountability matters, and people matter, she is a direct and decisive leader who believes high standards and high support go hand in hand.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, being outdoors, cooking and entertaining friends, gardening, and listening to music.
