Rod Taylor

Director of Information Technology

Mr. Taylor serves as the Authority’s Director of Information Technology. In this role, he is charged with the creation and implementation of strategic Information Technology initiatives that align with the Authority’s mission, culture, and goals. He oversees Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Software Development, Infrastructure, Business Continuity, Compliance, and Program Management. Before joining the Authority, Mr. Taylor served in numerous Information Technology and Business leadership roles across multiple industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, and consumer goods, and has provided information architecture and technology services in the health care, defense, insurance, financial, and government sectors. Rod holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is also certified in ITIL and is a Project Management Professional.
