Director of Finance
Mr. Myers serves as the Authority’s Director of Finance & Administrative Services. For the finance function, he serves as the chief financial officer and oversees all accounting, finance, treasury and debt management, audit, budget, internal controls, reporting and compliance, and fiscal responsibility and financial condition of the Authority. In addition to financial matters, Mr. Myers is also responsible for oversight of the Authority’s procurement and risk management (insurance, disaster recovery, staff safety programs, etc.) functions, as well as contract management, fleet management, facilities and utilities maintenance and projects, traffic management, and public safety agreements and services.
Prior to the above, Mr. Myers served as the Authority’s Director of Tolling Services for all external agency tolling services for two years, and served as the Authority's Controller within the finance department from 2010 to 2015. Before joining the Authority, Mr. Myers was a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG LLP and worked on various financial statement audits and consulting engagements. Mr. Myers is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Society of CPAs and AICPA, including obtaining the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation.
